H.O.T. Yoga Center

The Heart of Texas Yoga Center is an association of Central Texas yoga teachers who are committed to sharing the practice of yoga in a knowledgable, compassionate, and ethical manner. The teachers are in different stages of the process of becoming Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) in the Yoga Alliance's national Yoga Teacher Registry.
